Cancellation policy
Zoom calls can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations may be rebooked once at Khera's discretion.
Refunds
Full refunds are available before work on your reading begins. Once a reading has been delivered it is non-refundable, though you're always welcome to reach out with a clarifying question.
